BlackBoxTV LLC is an independent horror production company based in the United States. We develop, produce, and license original horror films, series, and immersive experiences. The Site is operated by BlackBoxTV LLC.

Information You Give Us. When you fill out a form on the Site — whether the story submission form, a "Work With Us," "Request Access," "Get Started," or similar contact form — we collect the information you provide, which may include:

• Name (first and last)
• Email address
• Story title, genre, description, and full story text (submissions only)
• Any other information you choose to include

Information Collected Automatically. When you visit the Site, we and our service providers automatically collect:

• Device and browser information (browser type, operating system, screen size)
• IP address and approximate location (city / country level)
• Pages viewed, time on page, referring URL, and other usage data
• Cookies and similar technologies (see Cookies below)

We do not collect payment information, Social Security numbers, or government-issued IDs through the Site.

How We Use Information

• Evaluate story submissions and notify you of next steps

We keep your information only as long as needed for the purpose it was collected, or as required by law. Story submissions are retained indefinitely as part of our internal records, even if not selected for development, unless you request deletion.

Children's Privacy

The Site is not directed to children under 18, and we do not knowingly collect information from anyone under 18. If you believe a minor has submitted information to us, please contact us and we will delete it.

International Visitors

The Site is operated from the United States. If you visit from outside the U.S., your information may be transferred to, stored, and processed in the U.S., which may have different data protection rules than your country.

Updates to This Policy

We may update this Policy from time to time. When we do, we will revise the "Effective Date" at the top of this page. Material changes will be highlighted on the Site.
